PureFlow AirDog II-5G Fuel Air Separation Systems are the next generation in fuel delivery for a variety of diesel engine applications. The 5G is designed to be the longest lasting, most efficient, and quietest lift pump.

AirDog II-5G utilizes a diaphragm-style fuel pressure regulator, allowing the pump to be boost referenced and adjusted from 7-70 psi. The 5G fuel/air separation system features a 4-bearing motor with an intermediate shaft that improves reliability and reduces pump noise.

A demand flow design allows the pump to only send the necessary amount of fuel to the engine. The dual feed motor supplies fuel to both sides of the gerotor pump to decrease air bubbles that cause cavitation. The 5G system features larger 3/4 in.-16 O-ring boss inlet and outlet ports. A 7/16 in.-20 (-4) low-flow return is used to prevent aeration in the fuel being sent back to the tank.
